The 90-day protocol: what changes, and when
Every OUNA concern follows the same two-phase shape — a start protocol for the first 60 days, then an add-on. Here is what each phase is doing.

Two phases, not one routine
Every concern OUNA treats — rejuvenation, acne-prone skin, uneven tone, sensitivity — follows the same shape. A start protocol runs from day 0 to day 60. An add-on then joins it from day 60 to day 90. The first phase settles the skin and establishes tolerance. The second introduces the actives that do the heavier correcting, once the barrier can take them.
Why the first 60 days look conservative
The start protocol is deliberately unremarkable: a gentle cleanse, a corrective serum, and a protective fluid. For sensitivity and dryness that means Newskin Milk and Lotion, Renewlight Boost Niacinamide and Skinbiotic Fluide. For acne-prone skin it is the Renewpeel Cleansing Gel with Serum Essential Balance. The aim is not speed. It is a skin that can tolerate what comes next.
What the add-on adds
From day 60 the protocol earns its corrective step. Uneven tone gains Renewpeel Cream 20 in the evening. Rejuvenation gains the Lifting Serum. Rosacea gains Renewlight Boost Tranexamique 2% at night with Repair Cream L in the morning. Each add-on is a single considered change, not a new routine.
The in-clinic half
Each phase pairs with a professional treatment: Renewlift for rejuvenation, the Melasma Integrative™ Protocol for uneven tone, Kératorégulateur Booster Integrative™ for acne-prone skin, and Rosacea Booster Integrative™ or Skin Rebalancing for sensitivity. The home routine is what holds the result between appointments — which is the whole point of the structure.
